Dear Friends, Happy New Year 2020 to All!!!

Today we would like to share some experiences which may useful for life time for everyone.

Just want to say Happy New Year with some words which may useful.

I don’t want to just celebrate New Year on 1^st Jan and then same day all like earlier days.

So, here would like to share some real life time achievements which will be like golden year for next coming life.

If you want to be a success or real person in real life then we can try these below points which may help us to be a beautiful person.

And if you are a beautiful or true person from inside then success will come automatically.

So, promise you guys to yourself only that you will try to follow it and make some changes in yourself this year.

1. Take a steps which you want to do. 

Means do whatever you want if that does not impact anyone in bad ways.

BUT one advice before starting be careful and take a full proof plan and be mentally prepared for facing either failure or success.

2. Find out the best things and apply in yourself.

Example: Means note down only 4 to 5 points which can make a good person and follow them like be true, be kind etc…

3. Speak less but effective. People says that “jo jitna kam bolta hai , utna achha hota hai” .

4. Always do your best in present day, off course next day will be your best.

But see, all days can’t be best but almost days can be yours best.

5. Try to minimize you mistakes.

Friends, we are human and we do the mistakes that’s not a problem but we should learn from it and try to avoid from next time.

Note down your Only One weakness in One month and then work on that and come over that.

Again write next weakness and do the same, like this you can be a perfect person in Next year (1 yr).

You can’t imagine what you can achieved like this.

So, this is the thing which I though may useful you all here, and also I am sure I will also follow it from this Years. Because No body is perfect … We all are in same boat only the difference is some boat is deep water some boat at the sore.

So, Guys Wish you all a very very Happy New Year 2020 !!! Enjoy like king but with good heart…

Difference between Flipkart and Amazon online shopping

Dear all,

I am writing these below some points as per my experiences, everyone have their own opinion and experiences with these online shopping websites.

1. Flipkart Service is not good at all. Their customer care people don’t understand the issue and they repeat the same things.

But in Amazon, they understand the issue and resolve the issue on the spot almost time, which matters a lot for the customers.

2. Flipkart have many cheated cases as we can see the many videos and comments

But for Amazon it is very less as compared to flipkart, also Amazon give proper response and resolved the cases.

3. Flipkart always delayed to return the products if defected, they will not listen the customers if once they sold the products.

But in Amazon they listen the customer’s words and they have fast services either to sell or return.

4. Flipkart customer care is very cheap, they disconnect the customer’s call and didn’t call back also.

But in Amazon if call disconnected, they will call back for issue resolution.

5. Flipkart is good in telling lies like I bought a TV and they didn’t came for installation.

Whole day I followed them for installation and they told as technician will come before 7:00 PM but they didn’t came. Later on when I called them, they are telling as in system it is updated as customer has denied the services.

Then I asked that please either give me the person’s contact number and name Or you make a conference call with that technician person that when he called me and have denied the services. I have all the call details and we know now a days it is auto recording also… Then they told that there is not person’s details… 

So, is it auto update or robot update? :D

So, guys they will do like this, it shows their thinking and how much they make fool to customers.

There are many more which I can’t listed here, But please if you have also any such things, please share with us and also friends we can’t change then we can change our self and choose good one.

Flipkart almost time make trouble the customer which I have experienced. Then I used to follow Amazon at least I get proper response and satisfied solution which make my mind peace.

Hope these points may help you in future and do not suffer like me or others.

Also, I have written these on the basis of my experiences and Flipkart Facebook pages feedback.

Always be careful while buying anything online. And pay some penny more but always choose good customer’s services.

Why We are not Rich

Dear Friends,
I would like to share my personal experience which may be good and useful here.

We all want to do something in their life but we won’t able to do but it is not like that we can’t do it. If a person want to do anything in their life then can do it.

I will tell you one thing, why we are not able to do because we think as others but the difference is, they take actions towards their Aim or Thinking way, but we do only plan and thinking ideas.

Even I am also planning to open a company but the problem is I am only thinking… there is no action towards that aim… So, it is not possible at all…

One day just I was coming in cab from office and was thinking how I can make more money in my life… Then suddenly very simple thing strikes in my mind that “What I am doing for earning extra money?”

Then the answer was nothing… It means I can’t get any extra money. I am coming office and working so I can get that much only as regular my job money.

Result: If you want to make extra money or want to be rich like others you have to work extra and need to take steps towards to be rich…

Believe me being rich is not a big deal but the thing is you have to work towards that your ideas and thinking…
I know people may thinnking that why I am not rich because dude's I am also one of you guys only... "Mungary lal ke sapne" but believe me i have done manything which was impossible for me and have good life experiences...

It is correct if you are going to start any new things you will face a lots of challenges but once you cross that challenges you will be leader and an experienced hero...

Result: Be Ready for new challenges and try to solve it because believe me every issues have definitely Solutions 100% . . .

Every employee must know it before joining any company

Dear All,

Hope you all are doing well...

We would like to share one of most important real time experience here which every employee must know it.

We have seen these challenges in our real life and felt very bad as how people do mistakes.

As we all know that we are working for any either small or MNC companies.

Suppose, if we are working for any small companies, we will get more close or emotional with the company's members like Director, Managers, HR etc...

But friends, always remember never ever love your company, always love your job / work.

We will tell you, what you do mistake here... When you become close to your Director, Managers, HR etc...in small companies, you will get emotional and you will believe them. But they will always be same and they will look for their business and money.

Real time Faced Experiences:

I got selected in a company and I asked my boss to release me.

He told OK sure, Congrats... Which company you got offers. And I told him company name because of excitement and happiness.

Friends, from next day I didn't get any updates from that new company...

I kept following them but they kept Quit, no response at all... Then I realize there is something wrong.

Finally, I left the hope and move forward.

After 2 months, again I got another opportunity.

I went to that fellow (Manager/HR) and told him I want to leave. I sent him resignation letter. He called me and again he asked company Name.

I told him some other big company name. Then he asked me to show Offer Letter, I told him it's Confidential which I should not share.

Then he starts to negotiate with me. But I was remembering the old story and I told him give me double which I am getting because I knew he will not be ready.

Finally, over all fighting I left company. Friends, till last date he was trying to get the company's name and offer letter because if he came to know, he may get chance to play game again, who knows...

So, Friends from the above experiences we should learn the below points:

1. We should never ever share the COMPANY NAME while leaving any company or organizations.

2. We should not get closed to anyone who is involved in handling the Organizations.

3. We should not get afraid in professionalism if you are not wrong. Some people will use you if you afraid from them.

4. As they think only about their company same way we should think about our Career growth.

5. Don’t hesitate to ask anything, without asking you will not get it.

6. If you don’t like anything, ask for reason, don’t just listen and do the stuff.

7. Don’t be always available. Like don’t go whenever he calls you.

Note: I am writing this because, same thing happened with mine 4-5 Friends then I felt to share here with you all.
